Meet Dave

David founded Salinsky Law in 1991, in the heart of the Bay Area just south of Houston, Texas. He graduated from Tulane University School of Law with honors in 1984 where he was hand picked to be a member of the prestigious Moot Court Board and the Order of the Barristers. Known for his wealth of knowledge, David has over 38-years of experience in representing individuals and small businesses in legal matters and has served as an associate municipal judge for the city of Webster for over 25 years.

A lawyer, husband, and father of two precious daughters, David isn’t just a man of expertise, he is a man of family, integrity and dedication – with a keen focus on serving clients on a personal, human-to-human level.
