Salinsky Law Offices was established in the Clear Lake area of Houston, Texas in 1991 by David J. Salinsky to provide high quality, personal and fairly priced legal services to individuals and small businesses in the Harris, Galveston and Brazoria County, Texas geographical region.

David Salinsky is a 1984 graduate with honors from the Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana. While in law school, he won several mock trial competitions and was selected to serve on the honorary Moot Court Board. In his senior year he was awarded membership in the National Order of the Barristers. Upon graduating from law school, he moved to Houston and worked for several well known law firms before starting his own firm in 1991. David is licensed to practice in all state courts in Texas as well as the United States District Court- Southern District of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. David regularly appears in many of the courts in Harris, Galveston and Brazoria counties as well as other surrounding counties when called upon.

Since 1997 and continuing through the present, David has also served as an Associate Municipal Judge for the City of Webster, Texas. He is married to Rhonda, an elementary school music teacher and they have two daughters (and a bichon frise puppy).
